High-performance beading for EWI and ETICS
The Renderplas EWI range includes mesh angle beads, stop beads, reveal beads, drip profiles and board casement beads. These profiles boost the integrity of external insulation systems and help manage water runoff for high-quality design implementation.
Our EWI profiles feature a bonded mesh strip for faster application. This adds strength to insulation systems and improves compatibility with insulation boards, cement-based render systems and carrier boards.
We use PVCu for all our profiles as it is sturdy and long-lasting, delivering clean, consistent aesthetics even in exposed environments. While steel profiles can be vulnerable to rust, PVCu is not, while still providing strength and flexibility. PVCu’s low conductivity can help mitigate cold bridging within EWI systems which benefits thermal performance while also helping reduce energy waste.
