Render stop bead applications

Render stop beads are designed for use as part of external render systems. They provide a clean stop to the render around door frames, window frames and other openings.

Renderplas stop beads are compatible with systems from leading UK render manufacturers, including Clayworks, Ecorend, K Rend, Parex and Weber.

For projects featuring External Wall Insulation (EWI) that incorporate glass fibre mesh, mesh stop beads should be used instead of render stop beads. For internal finishes, plaster stop beads and plasterboard stop beads are available.

Correctly specified and installed render beading helps to achieve well-defined and reinforced edges in rendered walls. As with all PVCu bead profiles, render stop beads provide a good key, allowing installers to achieve the best possible finish.

Available in depths of 4mm to 22mm to suit the chosen render, all stop beads are available in white as standard. A number of profile depths are also available in eight other colours to help complement the render colour.
