Each profile features alkaline-resistant glass fibre reinforcement mesh, ensuring compatibility with all types of thermal insulation. The range meets the needs of an effective thermal insulation system and can be combined to deliver a project-specific solution.
Mesh angle beads are used at facade corners, while mesh reveal beads (or APU beads) are designed for use at door and window openings. Mesh stop beads are used where the system terminates. Mesh reveal drip profiles help to disperse water over window and door reveals. Board casement drip beads are used to close board edges at the base of a system, carrying water away from vulnerable areas.
All Renderplas mesh beads can be used with render mesh and mesh fixings. The profiles meet the requirements of ETAG 004 and add strength to the facade, working with any insulation, render carrier board, cement board, aqua panel and render combination.
